An e-mail  will be sent once you’ve successfully placed your order. We’ll also let you know as soon as the seller ships the item(s) to you along  for your shipment(s).

To update your account password, please visit “ My Account”, where you will see the tab “Forget Password?” towards the bottom of the page. Here, you will be able to update your password.

Once you have identified the item that you would like to delete, click on the “Remove” check box to the left of the item description and then click “Update cart” in the lower-right corner to have your changes reflected.

To change the quantity of an item in your cart, move your cursor to the box that appears under the “Qty” header for this item and type in the quantity desired, then click the “Update cart” link. Once you do this, the quantity and associated dollar amount (if applicable) will automatically change and reflect the correct amounts for both the quantity and the cost.

Shipping

You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping is always free in case of prepaid orders, however in Cash on Delivery cases, some nominal charges may be applied.

Sellers usually ship orders 1-2 business days before the delivery date so that they reach you on time. In case your order hasn’t been shipped within this time please contact our Customer Support so that we can look into it.

Returns

We are not able to accept returns on order. If you receive the wrong order or a defective item, please contact our The Fashion Advisers and they’ll make it right.

In case of Cash-on-Delivery order, please note if a order rejects  then she/he will not be allowed to order her next order by COD, only prepaid orders will be accepted.
