3. REPLACEMENT POLICY
Before each order shipped to The Function, we always ensure the quality of all the products and also ensure that they are not damaged. In the rare case if unfortunately any product from your order packet is accidentally damaged in transit, we will happily replace it with a new piece of the same product.
Please note that the the issue has to be communicated to us within 48 hours of delivery of your order via an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the damaged product.
Under what conditions Replacements will be provided? In case of the following scenarios you are liable to get a replacement
- We have shipped a wrong product that is not matching with your order.
- There is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered by you.
- The merchandise got damaged during transit.
- The damaged product is not possible to fix by your own.
NOTE: In case we don’t receive your product with 5 days your replacement request would be cancelled.
4. CHANGED ADDRESS REQUEST
Address changes for new order should be updated via email within 48 hours of the order placed. For us to make the change, please send us an email to email@example.com with the details of your new address.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by The fashion for redelivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.
6. USER PAYMENT LIABILITY
thefashion will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user/subscriber and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user/subscriber.The User must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.
7. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
thefashion will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from use of the services on thefashion. This without limitation includes loss of revenue or data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions as may occur because of any act / omission of the vendor.
8. CASH ON DELIVERY
In case of Cash-on-Delivery order,Please note If a user rejects her packet then she will not be allowed to order her next order by COD, only prepaid orders will be accepted.
